The apartment is in the center of Lenggries in a quiet location. Many hiking routes can be started directly from the apartment. The local mountain Brauneck with the cable car can be reached by bus or car in a few minutes. Wonderful for hiking in summer and ideal for pure skiing and snowboarding in winter. Other ski areas can be reached quickly from Lenggries. The shops are within minutes. A long-established and family-run corner shop, an Edeka, with its own bakery is only a 5-minute walk away. A little further there are other grocery stores, a drugstore, an excellent butcher Weber, pastry shops and much more. There are a few restaurants and cafes in the center of Lenggries.
