General information

Our favourite place is located in an idyllic, rural location, about 2.5 km outside the centre of Lenggries. Already at breakfast you can enjoy the wonderful mountain view.

There are a total of 8 beds in 3 bedrooms, a large living room with cozy fireplace (1st basket with firewood and lighters included, others will be charged on site à 6€), 2 bathrooms and a kitchen with American fridge and direct access to the terrace.

In summer, the beautiful, covered terrace invites you to barbecue, or for a delicious drink in the lounge corner.

In the immediate vicinity there are some farms where you can buy fresh milk, eggs and honey.

Additional information

The house is located on a shared property with my family. The garden can be used directly in front of the house.

Smoking in the house and on the balcony is not allowed, please only in front of the front door.

Directly in front of the house there are 2 free parking spaces.

Initial supply Bed linen, towels and tea towels are included in the price. An additional towel change is possible 1 x per week for a fee.

Please inquire first if additional (not booked persons) would like to stay in the house.

Please leave your pets at home, for allergy reasons they are not allowed in the house.

General information

Check in is possible from 4 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, check out is possible until 10 am.

Shortly before arrival, the tenant receives a PIN code on his mobile phone, with which he can open and lock the front door.
