General information

Our apartment of big size 65m2 is situated on the east edge of Lenggries, near by the center. You can reach easily on foot our alimentary and other shops, bus and railway station as well as the spa: swimming in summer and winter.
Our west balcony invites to an evening supper with a wonderful view to the mountain of Brauneck. The house ist situated on the sun-shined part of Lenggries. We have a modern and excellent isolation of the house; you can sleep in silence. From the apartment you can start directly your activities: walking, biking in summer; cross country skiing in winter.

Additional information

Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Tischdecke werden von uns gestellt. Badetücher, die Sie außer Haus mitnehmen, sollten Sie mitbringen.
Bei Ihrem Einzug finden Sie die Betten bereits bezogen, 2 Handtücher/Gast in den Bädern.
Der Carport ist für Ihren PKW, Fahrräder, Ski & Snowboard reserviert; Sie bekommen einen Fahrradständer; hier befindet sich ein Schrank für Ihre Ski und Snowboard.

Vermietung wochenweise. Anreisetag ist der Samstag oder Sonntag ab 15 Uhr. Änderung nach Rücksprache möglich. Abreise bitte bis 10 Uhr vormittags wegen gründlicher Reinigung (gerade zu Corona Zeiten).
Den Haus- und Wohnungsschlüssels bekommen Sie bei Ihrer Ankunft. Teilen Sie uns Ihre geplante Ankunftzeit mit.
Lenggries ist mit der Regional-Bahn (BRB fährt stdl.) oder Bus gut erreichbar. Sollten Sie kein Navy nutzen:
Mit dem Auto fahren Sie nach links ins Ortszentrum, über die Bahngleise der BRB, dann sofort wieder nach links in die Münchner Str., weiter über den Bergweg bis zur Fachklinik (ausgeschildert) auf einer Anhöhe, nach der Fachklinik links abbiegen in den Prof-Max-Lange-Weg, am anderen Ende (auf linker Seite) gelbes Arztschild (Praxis Dr. Gaby Andrae) Haus Nr.2.
