The new kitchen is equipped with new electrical appliances and a cozy corner seat. On the east terrace you can have breakfast in the sun and enjoy an open fire in the evening. From bedroom 1 with a double bed and a walk-in closet you have access to the cozy east-facing balcony. The large bedroom 2 for 2 (+2) people offers enough space if the weather is not so good. Bedroom 3 under the roof can accommodate 2 people. Two modern shower rooms are located on the ground floor and on the 2nd floor. On the ground floor there is a small living room with a comfortable couch and a large TV.

When making a reservation, 30% of the total price must be paid. In the event of cancellation 4 weeks or less before arrival, the deposit will be withheld if the apartment cannot be rented to someone else.
