Situatet at the river Isar: comfortable, large holiday flat - 4 rooms with 95sm, 2 separated bed-rooms, very quiet road, with own terrace. Ideal for Summer- and Winter holidays: the Isar-Trail for hiking and walking passes our house. Center of town or trainstation are just a few minutes walk away. Brauneck-mountain railway/slopes just 2km away, cross-country ski run app. 1km.

Enjoy the beautyful mountain-view from your (own) terrace or sunbathing area in the garden. Barbeque possible. Babysitter on request.

Non-smoking appartment. Pets on request. Bread-roll deliver service (on request)

Exit "Lenggries", turn right over bridge, crossing river "Isar".
